Welcome to FOCUSTUDIO, LLC! By booking and using our studio spaces, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. These policies establish the legal agreement between FOCUSTUDIO, LLC and its clients, covering booking, payments, cancellations, liability, and enforcement.

1. Booking & Payments

1.1 Appointment-Only Policy

  • All bookings are by appointment only and must be scheduled in advance through our official website. We do not accept bookings through third-party platforms at this time, but may offer booking through select social media channels in the future.

  • Walk-in sessions are not permitted.

1.2 Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

  • We do not accept cash payments—all transactions must be processed through our online booking system.

  • If a client experiences issues with online payment, alternative payment methods (such as Zelle) may be considered upon request.

  • Taxes and additional fees may be applied.

1.3 Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Rescheduling: Requests must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled session.

  • Cancellations:

    • If a client cancels within 24 hours of booking but at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment, they are eligible for a refund or credit.

    • Cancellations made 72 hours in advance are eligible for a one-time credit toward a future session, which must be used at the time of rescheduling and within 30 days. Subsequent cancellations will not receive credit or refunds.

    • No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or for no-shows.

1.4 Session Duration & Overtime

  • Your session begins and ends at the scheduled time.

  • Late arrivals do not extend the scheduled session time.

  • Overtime is subject to studio availability and will be charged at 1.5 times the standard hourly rate, billed in 30-minute increments. If a client extends for a full hour at the last minute, the full overtime rate will apply and not the discounted pre-booking rate.. Clients must vacate the studio promptly to allow for cleaning and preparation for the next booking. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.

  • Overtime Charges Based on $89/hour Standard Rate: Clients who exceed their reserved session time will be charged overtime at 1.5 times the standard hourly rate, billed in 30-minute increments. For a studio priced at $89 per hour, this means an additional $66.75 for 30 minutes and $133.50 for a full extra hour, bringing the total cost for a 1.5-hour session to $155.75 and a 2-hour session to $222.50 if booked last minute. Clients must vacate the studio promptly to allow for cleaning and preparation for the next booking.

2. Liability & Safety

2.1 Client Responsibility

  • Clients assume all risks associated with their studio session and agree that FOCUSTUDIO, LLC is not liable for any personal injuries, damages, or lost property during their booking.

  • Clients are fully responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during their session. If a photographer books on behalf of a client, the photographer is responsible for ensuring the client follows all studio rules. If a client brings their own photographer, the client assumes full responsibility for the photographer’s compliance with all studio policies. FOCUSTUDIO, LLC is not liable for the actions, conduct, or business dealings of any third-party photographer hired by a client.

2.2 Safety Regulations

  • Clients must follow all safety guidelines provided by FOCUSTUDIO, LLC.

  • Unauthorized use of equipment or facilities is strictly prohibited.

  • Any damage caused due to negligence or misuse of studio facilities will result in additional charges.

2.3 Special Studio Policies

  • Rain Studio:

    • Clients must wear non-slip footwear for safety.

    • Only FOCUSTUDIO, LLC-approved lighting and equipment may be used near water. Clients acknowledge that FOCUSTUDIO, LLC’s equipment may not be waterproof and is used at their own risk and should be kept out of direct water contact to avoid any risks. Clients bringing their own equipment are fully responsible for taking necessary precautions against water exposure and assume full liability for any resulting damage. FOCUSTUDIO, LLC is not liable for any damage, malfunctions, or accidents resulting from water exposure in the Rain Studio.

  • Any use of special effects (such as fog machines, confetti, or fire-related props) must be pre-approved in writing.

3. Content & Privacy

3.1 Client Content Rights

  • Clients own the rights to all content created during their session.

  • FOCUSTUDIO, LLC may request permission to feature client work for promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media, and marketing materials. If a client agrees to let FOCUSTUDIO, LLC use their content, they grant a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display the content solely for promotional purposes. Clients are not obligated to grant usage rights, and their decision will not impact their studio experience. to feature client work for promotional purposes, but this is optional.

3.2 Privacy & Data Protection

  • Client information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties.

  • Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on data protection.

4. Additional Fees & Penalties

  • Excessive cleaning required: $50.

  • Damage to equipment or property: Cost of repair/replacement.

5. Agreement & Enforcement

  • By booking and using FOCUSTUDIO, LLC, clients acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  • Failure to comply may result in additional charges, session termination, or refusal of future bookings.
